From 2002-2016 I battled alcoholism in silence. I was too embarrassed to share with friends or family the problem I had. I have been sober for 7+ years now, and have been blessed to be on American Ninja Warrior, run over 100+ marathons, complete an Ironman, and win the Physique Athlete of The Year a while back. I’m happy to share more if you need! Now, I do motivational speaking about my journey to inspire others to overcome their setbacks and make fear your friend. The first picture is me 50+ pounds overweight and the next is one from me competing in my first Physique event 6 months after quitting alcohol.
